Mohan Spintex India Limited (MSIL)

Mohan Spintex India Limited (MSIL) is a vertically integrated textile company incorporated in 2005 and based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, specialising in the manufacture of home textiles. Starting operations in 2006 with just 14,400 spindles, MSIL has grown into a global player and the second-largest multi-facility textile manufacturer in combined Andhra Pradesh, employing around 6,000 people directly.

Products: MSIL’s product range includes 100% compact, combed, blended and open-end yarn, greige and processed fabric, and a full line of home textiles including quilts, duvet covers, sheet sets and bed linens, serving leading clients such as Welspun, Himatsingka, Indo Count and Mafatlal.

Infrastructure: The company operates with 1,21,488 spindles, 4,800 TFO drums, 6,272 rotors and 324 airjet looms across state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities near Vijayawada, producing over 2,500 tonnes of yarn and 15,00,000 metres of cloth per month, with Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) processing and in-house testing labs.

Export: MSIL exports yarn, fabric and home textile products to leading fabric and garment manufacturers globally, processing up to one lakh metres per day and 15,000 bed sheets per shift in its made-ups division.
