Fiotex Cotspin Pvt Ltd (FCPL)

Fiotex Cotspin Pvt. Ltd. (FCPL) was incorporated on 2nd June 2015 and is registered at Sanosara, Taluka Dhrol, District Jamnagar, Gujarat. Set up as a 51,072-spindle spinning mill in a record 330 days, FIOTEX commenced commercial production on 11th October 2016 and manufactures combed compact cotton yarn to serve both the domestic and export Indian cotton yarn market.

Products: FIOTEX offers combed yarn (Ne 8s to 20s), combed compact yarn (Ne 16s to 40s) and carded yarn (Ne 8s to 20s) for weaving and hosiery applications, marketed under the ‘Fiotex’ brand with flexible cone packing options for both domestic and export buyers.

Infrastructure: The mill is equipped with Truetzschler blow room and cards, LMW breaker draw frame, lap former and combers, Rieter finisher draw frames, Electrojet speed frames, LMW ring frames with 1,824 spindles delivering a total 51,072 installed spindle capacity (40,128 with compact attachment), and Schlafhorst Saurer auto-link coner winders. The in-house lab uses Uster HVI 1000, AFIS Pro 2 and UT-6 total testing systems, with white and coloured PP contamination sorters.

Export: FIOTEX supplies its combed and combed compact cotton yarn to reputed domestic and international buyers, is BCI, GOTS and Oeko-Tex credentialed, and has invested in 11.20 MW of renewable electricity capacity, with 66% of its total power drawn from renewable sources.
