Shree Jagannath Spintex Private Limited was incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, established in 2022 to carry on the business of cotton ginning, spinning, weaving, manufacturing and import-export of cotton products. The company has set up a cotton yarn manufacturing facility of 7,200 spindles in Kesinga, Odisha.

The total project cost is envisaged at INR 2,600 lakhs, funded through a combination of promoters’ contribution of INR 1,150 lakhs and a term loan of INR 1,450 lakhs, structured on a Debt-Equity Ratio of 1.26:1. The company’s manufacturing process spans fibre opening, blow room cleaning, carding, drawing, speed frame, ring spinning (using long frames with 1,200 spindles each and auto-doffer units), automatic winding, yarn conditioning, UV inspection and export-ready packing.

Led by directors including Dr. Ajit Kumar Pattnaik (IFS, Retd., former PCCF Odisha), Er. Amitav Kumar Patnaik, and Mr. Haresh Savdasbhai Kothia, the company has a modern factory geared toward both domestic and export cotton yarn markets, with shrink-wrapped pellet packing planned for export dispatches.
