Coact Imprints Pvt. Ltd.

Coact Imprints is a Navi Mumbai printing company that partners with publishers worldwide to print books, from school textbooks to large government tenders. Its head office is in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, with its production plant at Taloja, and it positions itself as an extended team for publishers rather than just a printer, serving African and European markets in particular.

The company’s print scope covers education books, government tender work and other large-volume publishing projects. Its website describes two large case studies: a 45-day, 12-title government education contract in Sub-Saharan Africa that involved redesigning images and typesetting numerous pages under a tight deadline, and a World Bank-funded textbook project comprising 117 titles, where 600,000 books were printed, quality-checked and shipped within 40 days despite incompatible source file formats and a 30-day window.

To meet such deadlines, Coact Imprints runs a three-shift production schedule and assigns a dedicated project coordinator to each major job, recreating layouts, resolving font issues and converting files into print-ready formats as needed. This kind of capacity and project management matters to publishers and government education departments working against fixed academic-year deadlines.

Publishers, government education departments and NGOs with large-volume book printing requirements, particularly for African and European markets, can contact Coact Imprints at its Vashi, Navi Mumbai office on +91 22 2765 2727.
