Banswara Syntex Limited traces its history back to 1976, when Mr. R.L. Toshniwal founded a spinning mill in Banswara, Rajasthan. The company has since grown into a vertically integrated textile manufacturer specialising in yarn, fabric and readymade garments, and is recognised as one of the largest single-mill setups of fibre-dyed yarn in Asia.

Banswara has expanded into markets across more than 50 countries, including the US, UK, Canada, Spain, Germany, Japan, France, UAE and Turkey, serving highly reputed fast fashion brands such as Uniqlo, Calvin Klein, Marks & Spencer and Next. Sustainability sits at the core of Banswara’s operations, with its own thermal power plant generating over 30 MW of captive power and plans to move toward solar energy.
